Which Facebook links work?

Links to Reels, videos, posts (in public groups too), photos and Stories, share links like facebook.com/share/... and fb.watch links, from the app or the browser. Whole albums, a page's tabs and groups don't download yet: open the post, photo or video you need and copy its link.

Can I download a Facebook video in HD?

Yes, if the video has HD. The list shows HD and SD and, when Facebook has them, sharper versions, each with its file size.

Can I download Facebook Stories?

Yes, if the Stories are public. Paste the link to a story, and you get all current Stories of that page or profile. Stories disappear after 24 hours, so download them while they are up.

Can I save a post with several photos?

Yes. The site takes all photos and videos of the post in order, without comments, and shows them with a download button for each and one to save them all.

Why won't a Facebook video download?

Videos in closed groups, posts for friends only and deleted videos can't be downloaded. Facebook shows some videos only to signed-in people, for example videos with an age limit, and the site uses Facebook without an account, so it can't get those either. If Facebook limits access for a while, try again in a few minutes.

What quality can I get?

Any quality the source has, up to 4K and 8K, with HDR and 60 fps when the video has them. You see the size of every option before downloading.

How do I get just the sound?

Choose an audio option in the list. M4A and Opus are saved exactly as the source provides them, without re-encoding. MP3 is made from that sound at 320 kbit/s.

How do I save a video to my phone?

On iPhone, press Save to Photos under the ready file, then Save Video in the menu. The button is there for photos and for MP4 videos in H.264 or HEVC up to 200 MB. For other files, press Download, open the file in the Files app and use Share, then Save Video. On Android the file goes to Downloads and shows up in the gallery.

Why won't a video download?

Private videos, live streams and videos removed by their author can't be downloaded. If a platform limits access for a while, the status page says so. Try again in a few minutes.

How long is the file kept, and are there limits?

A ready file is available for 24 hours and then deleted. One file can be up to 8 GB. You don't need an account.

What does Plus add on the site?

Plus is one subscription for the bot and the site. With it, your jobs on the site go first in the queue, and a full queue still has spare places for them. Up to 4 jobs can run at once. YouTube, VK and Rutube videos other than Shorts and clips, and every Vimeo video, download one at a time. The limit on jobs from one network doesn't apply to Plus. Up to 6 sends to Telegram can run at the same time, and files arrive without the cmdSave caption.
