Which Instagram links work?

Links to posts, Reels, IGTV videos, Stories and Highlights, from the app or the browser, share links like instagram.com/share/... and links that open through l.instagram.com. Links with ?igsh= at the end work as they are. A link to one story of a Highlight gives that story, with a link to the whole Highlight. Whole profiles and audio pages can't be downloaded yet, and live broadcasts aren't recorded.

Can I download every photo of a carousel?

Yes. The site shows every slide in the original order, photos and videos, each with its own download button, and a button to save them all.

How do I download Instagram Stories?

Paste the link to a story or to the account's Stories (instagram.com/stories/name). You get the one story from the link or all current Stories of the account. Highlights work the same way. Stories disappear after 24 hours, Highlights stay in the profile.

Can I save only the sound of a Reel?

Yes, choose the sound in the list. M4A is saved as Instagram provides it, without re-encoding. MP3 is made from that sound at 320 kbit/s.

Why won't an Instagram post download?

Posts and Stories of private accounts and deleted posts can't be downloaded. Posts that Instagram shows only to signed-in people or only to adults are opened with the site's own account. If Instagram limits access for a while, try again in a few minutes.

What quality can I get?

Any quality the source has, up to 4K and 8K, with HDR and 60 fps when the video has them. You see the size of every option before downloading.

How do I get just the sound?

Choose an audio option in the list. M4A and Opus are saved exactly as the source provides them, without re-encoding. MP3 is made from that sound at 320 kbit/s.

How do I save a video to my phone?

On iPhone, press Save to Photos under the ready file, then Save Video in the menu. The button is there for photos and for MP4 videos in H.264 or HEVC up to 200 MB. For other files, press Download, open the file in the Files app and use Share, then Save Video. On Android the file goes to Downloads and shows up in the gallery.

Why won't a video download?

Private videos, live streams and videos removed by their author can't be downloaded. If a platform limits access for a while, the status page says so. Try again in a few minutes.

How long is the file kept, and are there limits?

A ready file is available for 24 hours and then deleted. One file can be up to 8 GB. You don't need an account.

What does Plus add on the site?

Plus is one subscription for the bot and the site. With it, your jobs on the site go first in the queue, and a full queue still has spare places for them. Up to 4 jobs can run at once. YouTube, VK and Rutube videos other than Shorts and clips, and every Vimeo video, download one at a time. The limit on jobs from one network doesn't apply to Plus.
